Day Cover Insurance

Julie Said:

Is there any way to get around the 90 day insurance waiting period?

We Answered:

This is kind of silly, you should read your question again... Whats worse? Using some kind of protection for that 90 days or getting pregnant and paying a HUGE bill because it won't be covered by insurance. My advice to you is go to planned parenthood and ask for them to write you a perscription for some sort of birth control to take during the 90 day waiting period. If you don't want to do that, you are taking that risk and you will feel irresponsible for not taking precautions to wait just 3 months till you know you have insurance and are safe.

We Answered:

contact an good property and casualty insurance broker (take a look in the yellow pages). This is a specialized thing, but it is very possible. A recommendation really depends where you live.

Derek Said:

will insurance cover mva if got it that day?

We Answered:

They will cover the accident if it happened AFTER you signed the policy application, IF your check clears. They'll be able to see when you were entered in their system to determine the approximate time the application was signed, or go by the date/time on the application.

Did they give you a binder? The binder should indicate the time coverage went into effect. If they didn't, call them now!! With luck, they'll fill it in as 12:01am.

Why won't insurance won't cover day supply for medication for Nasonex?

We Answered:

Get the prescription changed to taking it twice a day, but in reality, only take it once a day. The default instructions for Nasonex is two sprays per day.

If I leave my windows unlocked during the day when i'm not at home, does theft insurance cover items stolen if?

We Answered:

On your insurance policy somewhere, it will likely say something about "securing" your property, whether it's your house and its contents or your vehicle and its contents. Just because there was no sign of a "forced entry" of your home, doesn't mean you didn't secure it ( lock doors and windows ) before you left. Criminals, especially the professionals, are very good at "picking" locks or using other methods to gain entry into your residence without leaving a trace ( damage ). The amateurs will kick in a door or break a window somewhere out of sight. They are only figuring an being inside a few minutes to grab what they can and run. The pros won't do anything to attract attention to themselves. That way they have plenty of time to look for the "good" stuff. Be sure to lock ALL windows and doors when you leave the property or your vehicle! Sometimes the pros could gain entry through a locked door more quickly than you can get in with your key! Hope all turns out well for you!
