Phillip Said:

Full Coverage Insurance for financed vehicles ?

We Answered:

Yes, you do. Call for quotes. The premiums depend on where you live, your age, your driving record, and what limits you request among other factors.

Full coverage insurance for a 21 year old male?

We Answered:

The color of the car and rims don't matter.

What matters, are your credit score, your driving record, and HOW MUCH of WHICH "full coverages" you want to carry. You can pretty much bet it's going to run you somewhere between $5,000 and $12,000 a year, though.

Tiffany Said:

how does full insurance coverage work?

We Answered:

It depends, here are the factors most companies use:
1. The driver must have your permission to drive your car.
2. They can not be using your car for business purposes.
3. If they live in your house and/or drive the car regularly, they should be named on your policy.
4. You must have a standard or "preferred" insurance policy. Ask your agent for details.
If these things are met, than your car is covered regardless of the driver.

Dwayne Said:

if a car got into an accident which is in full coverage insurance do you need to provide a police report?

We Answered:

a car does not get in an accident by itself, so depending on the situation, for example if there were any injuries it is best to call 911 and report the accident, If it was a single vehicle accident, with no injuries, you may not necessarily have to call the police, but if the vehicle was totaled, and above the state limit, you would at the very least be required to notify the dmv withing a certian period of time. Now adays, police are reluctant to even write reports for non injury accidents, and this is more and more common everyday, as police agencies are stretched thinner by budget cuts, less services will be available.

Ricardo Said:

If you are at fault in an accident will full coverage insurance send you a check for your car?

We Answered:

This questions leaves a lot of questions to be able to answer it with complete accuracy. If you carry full coverage...meaning, comprehensive, collision and liability, and either PIP and/or Medical. And you have an accident that is your fault, then yes, your insurance would pay to have your car repaired either from your comp or collision coverage. The PIP or medical would cover your medical care up to the limit that you purchase ($2500-10,000). (If the car has a lein the check would probably be in your name and the leinholders name)

If you carry Liability only coverage and the accident was your fault, then the other car that you hit is the only vehicle covered and only the other peoples medical would be covered by your insurance.

If someone hits you and they are at fault, their insurance would cover your medical and vehicle. Unless they did not have insurance. For that reason, you should carry uninsured motorist so that you and your vehicle would be covered if they failed to carry insurance.

There is more, but I will stop here. You are right!
