You don't get "appointments" to work with E&S companies. There usually aren't territory restrictions.

If you have an E&S wholesaling license, you can submit your aps to ANY of the E&S companies.

If you want binding authority, though, you're really looking for an MGA appointment - and you're going to need to show them quite a resume, before you'll get that.
