It's a scam.

You cannot get a visa for this type of work in the UK unless you have been working for the family for at least a year outside the UK.

The wages are far too high for this type of work and you would not get medical insurance, car and accommodation on top - NO WAY. Use your common sense and don't let greed get in the way.

The postcode is for a pub in Diss, not a residential address.

There is no job.

UK work visas can only be processed from the country of the visa applicant, never from the UK unless you are already living in the UK. Nobody can process it for you. You must make the application and attend an interview and have your photo and finger prints taken. You pay £270 to the visa application centre yourself, never by Western Union to the UK. You would never be asked to contact a specific person to process your visa.

Since it was rental car and you got the insurance agreement, what you had signed probably said that in case of such, you agree to notify the company immediately, allowing them to fulfill their end. Since you went outside of the agreement, I could see it possible they charge you for the entire vehicle being taken out of their fleet. So what to do is think before you act.

No, you will not be refunded the money. Instead of spending $325 dollars, you should have called them. They would have sent out a tow truck and a new vehicle or a spare for that car, and not charged you anything, it wouldnt have cost them anything really either. So, since you did not contact them before you took action, they will not refund you the money. Sorry!
