I think your saying that your health insurance company will sue your school? I don't think so. They just want to get reimbursed for their expense because it was someone else's fault that this happened to you.

They do not sue for pain & suffering or for damages. They just sue for the cost of your care. And, usually they do not sue, they just ask for reimbursement. I would not worry. The insurance company just wants their money back for taking care of you. It couldn't be that much money anyways.

They can't legally call the school. However, you do have to send them a "legal" transcript or report card from the school. I am a middle school secretary and I get requests from parents to send copies to insurance companies.

www.piaa.org has classes in all states. The CLASS isn't going to help you get the job, though. Having a LICENSE will help you a little, but if you're just doing personal auto, don't expect to make big bucks unless you're licensed, and willing to work straight commission, and willing to work 80 hour weeks.
