It really depends on what you are doing and what type of organisation you are talking about. It could well be that they have PL cover for the organisation. If your event is a party in a hotel it is likely the need for cover will be minimal as it will be difficult to hold the organisation to blame for the hotel (for example) poisoning them.More information I am afraid.
