Marie Said:

how do i get reimbursed for a paid rehab bill?

We Answered:

Was this your insurance that should be paying this bill? Or is it someone else's insurance that is paying out? If it is your company, just call your agent and file a claim, the insurance company can contact Narconon for the amount due. If it is someone else's insurance company paying for this rehab, contact whomever was responsible for the damage and let them know they need to turn in the claim.

Did you even speak to any insurance company prior to having this work done? If not, you may have a much bigger problem here. If an insurance company has not already agreed to pay for this damage, they may not agree to it now since it is already paid for and they do not have any way to view the damage that was done. I hope you spoke to your agent at least. He is who you should be having this conversation with.

Good luck!

i want to get pet insurance on my dog, we currently live in newport beach,ca.?

We Answered:

A big misconception about pet insurance is that it is "accepted" by vets. Actually, pet insurance isn't accepted by vets at all, it is a reimbursement type policy. You go to the vet and pay the bill yourself. Then you submit a claim. The claim is reviewed, and if your policy covers what you had done you will be reimbursed a percentage (minus any deductible) of the total bill. Usually, policies reimburse 70%-80%.

Before you sign up with a company, make sure you spend some time reviewing what they cover for the type and breed of pet you have. There can be breed-specific exclusions that you will need to know about.

If you are more concerned about an accident than illness, (like getting hit by a car) you might be better with a plan that covers just accidents as your premiums will be less each month. It really depends on what you want in a policy. As a final test with any company -- try calling them and asking a few specific questions and determining if they are helpful or not.

Hope this helps a little.

I'm taking my speeding ticket to court. How can I get out of it?

We Answered:

ok this is a hard one... im 21 and got 6 tickets and got out of every single one!!! my record is clean. So heres the deal..
1. Check ur citation to see if ur address, name, intersection, DOB is misspelt or not filled out... u could get out if the officer dint write it out.

2. Did the officer ask you why you were speeding? If not, come up with some decent, believable reason to state in court. Practice it well(every aspect of it) so you dont shiver, shake or end up looking uncomfortable making the judge suspect the crap you made up.

3. See if you have an option for deferred ajudication, where you are on probation for 90 days and it stays off ur record.

4. If the above doesn't work, pay $50-$100 and get a really really mean lawyer to take care of the case. Chances are real slim at this point but you maybe lucky.

5. Quit speeding buddy.. its fun but effed up when you have to pay those dumbasses. So be careful

6. If it goes on ur record, get a good radar detector and laser jammers to save you from more tickets... they really work 80% of the time.

Good luck bud..

Want to sell our Townhouse, how do we do it in this market?

We Answered:

My best advice and as frustrated as you are and I will probably get thumbs down. TRY TO SAVE YOUR HOUSE AND CREDIT!!!! A short sale won't fly with that much money being lost and besides that it will take months before the bank even approves a short sale.

Could you take low paying jobs in maybe the mall or walmart or something and try to work out and save your house? I know you probably didn't go to school to work getting minimum wage but you will have some money and in the mean time maybe you will meet people who are hiring in your area of studies vs. living on one unemployment check.
