Heads usually dont 'break' they normally either crack or warp. You need to be more specific there. And it would be very rare for both to be damaged.

Thick motor oil is used to cover up vehicles using oil, or leaking oil, or if the motor has a bearing noise, the thicker oil will mask the noise a little, It will also hold oil pressure better.

Honestly, all of these things should have been picked up by a pre purchase vehicle inspection by your mechanic. In most cases, after you by a used vehicle it is too late to come crying back to the dealer with problems.

Your best option would be to either ask the dealer for a full refund (which wont happen) or threaten to go to the media, as well as a lawyer, and the body who governs used vehicle sales in your area.
