Most of the time when you go to court, the court will make you get SR-22 high risk insurance. Even then you should get that through a different company than your own and it will avoid you having to pay the high rates for a little bit.

Also, stop drinking and driving. You may kill someone. That is extremely serious. Laws are also MUCH stricter for number 2.

Be careful, you want a policy with replacement value coverage, not market value. If someone were to take your 5 year old television, with replacement value you'd get a new TV, with market value you're at the insurance company's mercy.
