Kentucky Insurance Agency

Tina Said:

Am I eligible for Unemployment Insurance?

We Answered:

It depends, did you work 17 weeks or more at the last job? If so the answer is yes. Ask the people at Vermont Unemployment they can tell you better than we can were to apply.

Annette Said:

How do I sue another state for not enforcing my medical insurance support/child support case?

We Answered:

Suing them will not work due to your finances and money needed to cause action. Might try calling your State Representative and get them to acton your behalf. Unfortunately there are to many deadbeat parents out there(my daughter in law included). Good Luck and more likely than not, applying for some sort of public assistance will get the state involved, sense you need it due his lack of funds.

Legal advice on billing agency?

We Answered:

If you used HIS insurance, that was insurance fraud. If you used YOUR insurance, as a dependent under his plan, then he, the policy holder, CAN be held responsible, at least from the insurance company's point of view.

Credit collectors are the slime of the earth. The way to get them to stop messing with you, AND your dad, is to pay off the bill. That's the ONLY way.

THEY can't hurt your dad's credit without taking HIM to court first.

Why do Republicans have no compassion for the unemployed and struggling?

We Answered:

I own a construction company and my wife receives EIC. However, it does not affect us directly for she is soon to be back in school furthering her education. I can tell you, for my my area of the state there is no jobs for people to be hired on at. In fact, the stats say there is 11.5 million on UI and EIC. Then add in those who already lost their UI and EIC last fall, the ones who didn't qualify for UI and those on welfare. The number rises somewhere between 40 to 50% of possible working Americans in the U.S. out of work.
I agree we need to find common ground to halt the national debt, but stopping EIC is wrong! With 11.5 million depending on it, that is also 11.5 million families depending on it. Stop it now is the same as signing a death warrant on these people and the people who still have a job. Homes will be lost, kids will go hungry and people will die of no insurance (for those who can even afford COBRA in the 1st place).
Republican Senator Jim Bunning of KY is retiring, good thing for he would NOT be re-elected after this stunt. This isn't a sports game, it is the only thing these people are surviving on. Companies are still cutting jobs, closing the doors and outsourcing. To tell me people is just too lazy to get a job, I will tell it like it is to their face. They are wrong and to stupid and blind to realize it.
