Alma Said:

What i need for start insurance Business?

We Answered:

A company willing to let you sell their insurance, an insurance license in wherever you live, a means of contact (i.e. phone), technically it would be possible to get away with not have a place of business (an office) if you have a laptop with whatever the appropriate softwhere is though you will need a mailing address.

Terrance Said:

Insurance business introduction to the community and friends and family letter?

We Answered:

Don't waste your time with a mailing campaign. Unless you already have a client base that you want to share information with, sending out a letter is costly and a waste of time. No one reads mail from someone they don't know. And, they certainly will not call you just because you sent them a letter.

People will respond to people they know. Call up your friends and ask if they know someone. Introduce yourself to places that will need your services ie, Accounting firms, Law firms, Contractors, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Escrow Agents. These people will provide you with leads.

If you don't believe me. Ask a successful independent agent how they made it in the business and what worked for them. It certainly wasn't a letter.

I knew the National Flood Insurance Program was a federal government program but didn't know they are 19 billion dollars in the red but I am not one bit surprised.
