The libs will appoint some corrupt group to keep an eye on things...Maybe Barney, Dodd , and the rest of the group can help, they did soooo much for the banking and housing problem.
As far as the poor getting legal help, Legal Aid is available to them...

Setwrite (I believe it is put out by AMS) rating system is web based & you put in the information & it rates all of your companies. It also pulls information from your agency management system, but this is only good if you are doing a rewrite, we don't like to put all of the info in our system until we know we are writing the client because it will take up too much room if we don't write the account. If your company is signed up with them, the program goes automatically to the company website & pulls the current "live" rates. The only drawback is it is slow & requires ALL of the information just for a quote. I personally think it is easier to go to each company's website & do the quotes one by one. Do you have an office for all of your backup information & scanners, etc? All applications have to be accessible for 7 yrs in most states.

I agree 100%.

If they are going to use our credit score to establish eligibility for jobs, rentals, and utilities, then there should be reciprocation. If you show up at work the entire week, you should get an additional fico point. If you don't use any sick days in the work year, you should get a bonus of 10 fico points. If you pay your rent on time, you should get an additional fico point. If you pay your cable bill on time, you should get an additional fico point. If you turn that dvd in on time, you should get an additional fico point. If they aren't willing to do this, then why on earth are they using it in the first place?

The sad thing is, it reduces individuals to a single number and tells you nothing about the real person.

Generally no because too many idiots own these breeds of dogs and let them run rampant and hurt people.

No one's alarm system ever killed anyone either.

I wouldn't want someone to get a discount on homeowner's for owning a GSD or other blacklisted breed because that will encourage people to get dogs that are less than suitable.

And any dog is a liability.

That's up to the company's way of handling cancelations. Explain how it was their screw-up and that you'd like to sign a no-loss and pay what was due to reinstate the policy with no gap in coverage. If you went through an independent agency, ask them to do it.
