In Texas you must take classes and take a state mandated test. Sometimes your employer will pay for all of this. Income depends on how good of a salesman you are....I suppose the possibilities are unlimited. If they want you to start working out for straight commission or very little pay plus commission, I would look elsewhere. Do an internet search for the company name and find out what people are saying about them
