Constance Said:

I was charged loss of use fees by Thrifty w/o proof (fleet utilization log). Is this legal?

We Answered:

Apparently Thrifty doesn't want to get paid or doesn't understand the situation entirely.

If it ends up on your credit for some reason, you can protest it and go through mediation OR take them to court.
I think most people will find the company to be unreasonable and agree with you (provided we have all the details here) and you will end up with a judgment in your favor.

You may try talking to the supervisor of the person who is refusing to provide the logs.

Charlie Said:

What do you think of Geithner's attempt to avoid accountability with regards to how bailout money was spent?

We Answered:

How much more obvious could it be. And it started long before this current "administration".

Try 1913.

And yet the sheeple will listen to Obama and "trust" their "leader".
