You need an international lawyer who's domiciled in the country the wife lives in.

Certainly, any assets owned jointly by the wife/deceased are attachable, and they will NOT give up easily.

I think 26 is year where rental companies will allow their vehicles to be rented. It may be 21 but I am not sure.

You will have hard time finding the inexpensive company that will rent you a car, due to the ages. The reason, they feared that you'll abuse their vehicle and at this age insurance companies does not cover rental.

If you have family members whos over the age and they can trust you. You maybe able to get it at a decent price. My personal rental are "Buget rental" and " Avis" they seem to be reasonable.

About the only carriers that will appoint you, IF you have an insurance resume, are Progressive and Infinity Leaders, for auto. In FL, good luck getting a property appointment. I honestly don't see it happening. But if you want NONSTANDARD, you can try Foremost Insurance.

You really need to talk to all the insurance marketing reps you've ever known.

And don't sign a lease until you have some carriers lined up - you'll have an office, but nothing to sell.
