PIA in PA is very active, and does a lovely licensing prep course. www.iiaa.org to find the PA chapter. I think they're in Scranton, but they'll have Philly classes.

Placing an ad in phone books and local magazines are great ways to draw in more potential clients. A catchy slogan or logo will help to capture people's attention.
