Absolutely this is proof illegal immigrants depress wages. They have been for years. There's no such thing as jobs Americans won't do. There are jobs Americans won't do if paid an illegal immigrant wage. It's unfortunate that these illegal immigrants have created negative stigmas about certain types of occupations.
