If you feel the need for help with the foster care program then this is NOT the time to look into it. Because of the bankruptcy issue and the financial needs you would NOT be considered here.

Check with a tax professional. You may be able to file a refund for your mother for the time she was alive in 2007. It may not be much, but it would help. You cannot file taxes with no income. Sorry.

If this is a private agency there would not be any requirement for them to make copies, and in many states in would be illegal for them to make copies of it (for this type of paperwork). Once you handed over the paperwork you no longer owned/controled it.

If this is a state agency there could be a requirement (law) that it can not be provided outside the agency.

I am a father of two, so I have some idea of how difficult it is to be a parent, and it's very noble what your parents are doing. But I also sympathize with how you are feeling.

Have you shared these feelings with your parents? It might not be a good idea to tell them that you posted it on line, but if you were to write it down on paper, exactly as you have written it here and share it with them, how do you think they would respond? Hopefully they would listen, because as their children, you are also entitled to their attention.

And by the way, how old are you? Your writing skills are excellent! Much better than the teenagers who only seem to know how to write "texting language"! I'm impressed!
