Nevermind the people that are telling you to move on since you are not married. I commend you for trying to work out your lack of sexual compatibility instead of cheating. It amazes me that people think because you're not married; you shouldn't try or really give a damn and just move on. What about all of the married men and women that are cheating because they gave up trying and are living double lives? There would never be any marriages period if people didn't work out the kinks in their relationships before getting married. This is probably why so many marriages end in divorce. Jeez.

Back to your question - there has to be a reason that she is so sexually reserved. Have you tried just openly talking to her about it? I suggest you guys go out for dinner in a neutral environment. Remind her how much you love her and how important it is for you to make love to the woman you love. Ask for her suggestions for improving your sex life. Who knows, she could have ideas that you have never thought of. See if the two of you can commit to trying something new sexual each week. Try to work together to make it fun and enjoyable for you both. While she may never come up to your sex level, you may need to go down a notch to hers. Relationships are about compromise. Good luck.

No, you damaged this, you pay for it. Insurance does not cover tenant damages. It would only kick in if you burned down 25% of more of the building but you can bet the insurance company would turn around and get the money from you.

Just because he has insurance does not mean you can do things like this.

Probably not. Flood insurance doesn't COVER any of your "stuff" that's below ground level, so your stuff wouldn't have been covered, anyway, even wtih flood insurance.

I WOULD purchase "backup of sewers & drains" coverage, though. It's WAY cheaper, and WILL cover your stuff.

Shame on that agent, for not mentioning that flood insurance doesn't cover contents below grade.

There are plenty of options for customer service jobs at home. Each is different. Some will pay you based on the number of calls you take, while others are more stable.

But because their overhead is lower, they can afford to pay you a wage closer to $10-12 per hour. Beware of any "work from home" job posting that uses exclation points and says "no experience neccessary" and basically promises the world

OK, when or if the repairs get done, that part is irrelevant. The light, is irrelevant. Your wife moved a flaming pan off the stove, where it lit the curtains on fire. This fire IS your fault.

When the landlord gets paid by his insurance company, he automatically gives THEM the right to recover from the at fault party - YOU - for the damages.

If you have renters insurance, you need to turn this claim in to them, and they'll defend you and pay the judgement. Otherwise, you're going to lose this in court, and have to pay court costs ON TOP OF the damages. Sorry.

Yep, a local agent. The RATE, is based on exactly what they are doing (if they do more than one thing, like driving, and cooking, it's the highest rated class), and how much the payroll is. I'd guess, roughly, you're probably going to pay about 15% of payroll, for workers comp.

Home health aids have a lot of back issues - they do a lot of lifting.

But your general liability and auto liabiltiy might be higher than that.
