Just get an insurance policy on the house.

The good news is that you did not have a claim during that year. So there was not much harm.

If you want....go use a different agent with the same company. That way, you are with the same company -so your rates should not be "jacked up" because you can prove you purchased a policy and the mistake was the agent. But your old agent gets punished because you are taking your business to another agent. So the new agent will get the commission etc.

We Answered:

We have very good health care. But the insurance companies are the ones screwing it all up. I have to keep records of all my bills because they always get it wrong. I am refused payment of services because the insurance company keeps getting it wrong. My doctors are frustrated because of insurance companies. The problem is insurance companies not health care.
