I did a lookup on AM Best and found that this truck insurance company has a good rating and is also listed under the name of Natl Independent Truckers Ins Co, RRG with a link to http://www.covermeinsurance.com so it must be the same company or a subsidiary. They also have another truck insurance website at: http://www.directtruckinsurance.com when searched on google.com. It looks like a legitimate insurance agency but please do some more homework to verify.My suggestion would be to call them during business hours to inquire why you haven't heard back from them.
