Some companies will have a flat percentage throughout the life of the policy, other companies will have a higher percentage in the beginning that will decline in subsequent years. Whatever the agent does make has no bearing on what you pay; you pay the same using the agent or if you buy directly from the company. With an agent you'll have someone local to work with you if you have questions in the future.

it puts people at ease seeing who they are dealing with... it puts a name to a face, anything that can bring you closer to those you will be working with puts them at ease... I use a picture in my ad and it works great.
