We Answered:

Provide your agent with a copy of your Geico policy showing the effective date. Ask them in writing to cancel your Allstate policy back to the inception date of the Geico policy and your money should be refunded to you. Allstate will not typically process a cancellation with out a signed request from the insured, that is probably why it did not cancel properly.

It's got too much 'flannel material', designed to improve attraction of the position.
Note the plural 'Immediate openingS available. Could be some RAPID expansion, though I doubt it or.
it could mean there's a Big turnover in staff, meaning nobody likes working there.
