Arizona Insurance Agency

Norma Said:

What do you need to get a licence plate back in Arizona?

We Answered:

Yes, you need all the things they require to get your plates back. That is the consequences of going 40 in a 25, and not having insurance. If you have a co-signer, that tells me your car is financed, which tells me you are in violation of the requirements of the lender, who told you you needed full coverage insurance with them named as loss payee. Since you didn't have that, they *could* actually require you to pay the full balance, or take your car back, so consider yourself lucky if that didn't happen.

Your 'frustration' is a direct result of you not following the rules, so live with it.

ID card requirments in Arizona/ birth certificate copies?

We Answered:

A copy of a birth certificate can only be notarized by an attorney who actually makes the copy from the original. In other words, the original has to be present.
If a copy is issued by the state agency that maintains birth records, it is a certified copy which has the same legal standing as the original.
So, you have to apply for a new birth certificate from the state you were born in. Dem's da law!

Can I sue a Collection Agency??

We Answered:

You can sue anyone you want...whether or not you will be wasting your money is up to you. Make sure you find a lawyer that only gets paid when you get paid...in those cases they only take it if they think they will win...and on that note...make sure they dont say something in the agreement where you get paid they get paid but either way you still have to pay for travel, letters, etc...they can get you that way..

As far as you credit ratings go you can write a letter to all three credit companies and let them know that there has been an error...It takes awhile but it can be reversed

You family is paying for the bad mood that you have been in. I know what they are doing is completely wrong. But you could end up losing a lot of money trying to sue them. They could put you through so much paper work spanning out 2-5years. The longer they stale the more likely you give up or take a smaller settlement

~Good Luck~

by the way....be extremely careful when you ask a dr office "Do you take 'such and such" insurance...they will almost ALWAYS say yes....because they will....what you need to ask is "Are you guys in the approved network with this insurance"

Ruben Said:

Am I liable for $2700 expense from rental car company?

We Answered:

car rental companies have rules like this for that exact reason. You can accuse the rental company all you want ... they are just going to say that it was tight and was loosened from over use and excessive driving.

Car Rental companies dont care where you go ... they only care if the car comes back good enough to rent again. In this case, the car did not come back at all.

Also none of their insurances cover breakdown. So even if you had gotten the super duper insurance it never covers things like this especially if you are in the wrong ... and you were in the wrong.

You might be able to settle if you offer to buy the car at a rate lower than they are asking.

Feds may reject Arizona deportations

The assistant secretary of homeland security for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (I.C.E), John Morton, warned Friday that he might reject deportations that occur as a result of Arizona's new immigration law.

The excuse for this is as bogus as it gets: Any state that dares to clean up after the Federal Government as it refuses to fulfill its constitutional obligation to secure our borders is somehow violating the Constitution.

This coming from the same Democrats who have spent the last year absolutely tearing the Constitution to shreds with one illegal government takeover after another (the banks, the auto industry, housing, health care, student loans, Wall Street, etc.).

And never mind the fact that Arizona is in no way working against federal law or interfering with federal authority on this issue. The Federal Government is simply refusing to do its job and the states are left to step up and control the damage.

I personally think Arizona should build its own wall, deport these criminals itself, and if the Federal Government tries to interfere, initiate a full-scale confrontation with Washington, drawing a line in the sand on states' rights and daring them to cross it.

Or, they could just start putting them all on buses to San Francisco.
