I did the same thing!! Do not do it. They are money grabbers. They will accept anyone just to take your money. I am already with a legit agency that did not charge anything, exept to attend their seminar which was a measley 40bucks. Legit agencies do not charge for representation! I would suggest you throw away that letter and keep searching for ones that do not charge! Another way you can find out if any agencies are legit is look them up on the better business beareu.

In Missouri yes you can fight and win. They have to pay you what is owed to you. You can do this one of two ways, take them to small claims court or else call wage and hour division and let them know you did know get all your pay in your final check.
