Van Insurance Compare

Shawn Said:

Mercedes vito, looking to buy a secondhand one, got 60000 miles on it, would anyone here recommend this van?

We Answered:

it's a better vehicle than either the VW transporter or the renault in my opinion.

60,000 miles is nothing at all if you've got the service history and parts aren't as expensive as you would think.

i can't tell you about the insurance as i pay public hire which is expensive anyhow.

autoinsurance.undonet.com - check this one. As I remember they have lowest car insurance rates for teens and young drivers.

Nicole Said:

daughter's auto insurance?

We Answered:

Wow, I am really sorry to hear that happened. I hope you are soon on the road to recovery.
First of all, you are not doing anything to your daughter. Since you were a passenger in her car, you are absolutely entitled to compensation from her insurance company. Also, unless an actual lawsuit is filed, you really aren't 'suing', you are just having your interests protected by your attorney. In most cases, a suit will not be necessary. Most attorneys and insurance companies would much rather stay out of court.
As far as her rates increasing, they are not going to go up simply because you filed for compensation from them, if her rates go up, it will be because her fiance is at fault, if that's how the liability decision goes, so the short answer to your question is 'no', you are not causing her to be in jeopardy with her insurance company.
Also, you have the right to be kept informed about your case, so feel free to ask your lawyer questions. One question you definitely should be asking you lawyer is, "Is there a possibility of the insurance policy's limits being breached?" If your daughter only had the minimum required coverage, you may not get fully paid. In which case, you can turn to your own insurance company for any excess needed (if you have your own insurance).
I do wish you the best of luck. For now, worry about healing, and eventually, on her own, your daughter will get over her feelings of betrayal. You are doing the right thing.
