Other factors, such as where the vehicle is garaged, your credit, whether you've had any tickets/accidents, how long you've been with the company...all these things are figured when calculating your overall risk.

There is a company in Dallas Texas that covers Louisiana. They are $60 a month for full coverage. I was 22/23 when I lived there.
