The only way to find the cheapest quote is to do what you are doing (keep searching).

I would go with Quinn Direct, they are known for low prices for young drivers. They have had some problems lately (Google "Quinn Direct") but don't let that put you off.

Actually, when you see someone doing a lot of advertising over and over, it means that it is paying for them, else they wouldn't be doing it.
But I have heard a few people say that they weren't the cheapest, it all depends on may factors... but anyway when I find a cheaper quote than my current insurers I am usually delighted, so you should be too I hope :)

Florida has a state owned property insurance company called Citizens Property Insurance Company. It provides property coverage to Floridians who have been rejected by private insurers (insurers of last resort if you will). Therefore this insurer tends to insure properties in high risk areas, therefore in years with high claims, usually due to hurricanes the state will assign a special charge on all property policies insurance policies. The money collected from this is used to keep Citizen's solvent. If they did not do this then Citizens would have to be bailed out by the State or it would quickly go bankrupt, leaving several thousand properties uninsured. You probably won't. These sites are lead generators; that is they're designed to collect information for agents to contact those who use them. Nothing on the internet pertaining to any type of insurance is reliable, and you won't be able to get any usable information until you speak with a human anyway; so you might as well find a local independent agent (preferably one you know or who has been referred by a trusted friend or relative).
