I have Trupanion. They don't have claim limits and they cover 90% (no benefits schedules) so no matter how big your bill is, they cover 90% of it.
Watch out for benefits schedules because sometimes they can get you-- like if it says "surgery x costs $200" and then your dog needs surgery x but your vet charges you $800, guess what: the insurance company will only cover 80-90% of the $200.

You can also choose a $0 deductible (or anywhere up to $1000) with Trupanion. I'm really happy with the company and they are really easy and straight forward to understand, definitely check them out!
