We Answered:

Tricare: ZERO monthly fee. NO co pays if you use the Military system, Co pays of maybe $10 if you are on Standard and use your own doctor.
Prescriptions: FREE on base, $9 off base..no matter what the Rx is for.

Dental care is under $35 a month to cover the ENTIRE family which includes 2 cleanings a year and one exam and set of Xrays a year. Copays for all other services are based on paygrade and range from 20-80% of the cost.

My Prescription runs about $450 a dose and I pay $ 9 to have FOUR doses mailed directly to me. My recent broken elbow.. ZERO out of pocket costs even though I was overseas when I broke it.

so yeah it's way better than any other HMO out there.
