I have an idea- states that allow illegal aliens to obtain driver's licenses should be cut off from receiving federal aid until they stop hindering the enforcement of our federal immigration laws. Each time they issue a state driver's license to an illegal immigrant, it makes it that much harder for law enforcement to determine their immigration status; so, if the funds stop coming in to those states, you can bet the illegals won't be granted anymore licenses there.
