Only the non participating doctors can tell you what their rates are, per procedure.

But your insurance CAN tell you, what the "usual and customary" charge is, that they would pay 80% of. Keep in mind, if the doctor charges MORE, you pay the difference. And if the doctor charges LESS, then the insurance still only pays 80%, or whatever coinsurance amount you pick.

There is no easy published document that lets you casually compare reimbursment rates - as rates are individually negotiated with each provider.
