So much for 'Smooth Moving' anyway its a shame that companies treat customers this way. I am not sure how big of a company they are but if you can, try to call headquarters and speak to management and go up the chain from there ( I think notifying them that you never recieved a reciept might put up a red flag, for all you know they could have pocketed the money). Another person posted that they moved from TO to Calgary and had the same issues they didnt, however, mention the company name. The best thing to do in your situation right now is to report this company to the Better Business Bureau (www.ccbbb.ca) GOOD LUCK

Auto finance is what I do for a living and the only way the van could be included in any bankruptcy would be if the BK has not been discharged yet. If it has, then your out of luck.
