Compare Liability Insurance

Holly Said:

Which is cheaper for liability insurance, in Alabama: Geico, The General, or 21st Century?

We Answered:

For liability only, the VIN probably won't make any difference. Your best bet is to grab the Yellow Pages and start phoning, since the web pages usually give you only a generic quote and ask you to call an agent or company rep anyway. Whatever you find, don't skimp by buying just state minimum limits, since they're a joke in most states and don't offer decent protection, which is what you're buying; ask about increased limits.

Guy Said:

Does anybody think Hillary's mandate for mandatory health insurance sound stupid?

We Answered:

I thought we were free, Why is ANYTHING MANDATORY?

Isaac Said:

do you think those who compare Health Insurance and Auto Insurance to each other are rational?

We Answered:

No. You can not buy a car and thus not need auto insurance. What Obama is proposing is nothing but another direct tax like income tax.

Yes.

Most people do not know what the Constitution is, let alone the Amendments.

No, they are not ignorant of the Constitution. It is a pain in the butt for them and they would get rid of it if they could.

The feds want you to be so dependent upon them you have to do what they say. It is easier to rule poor people than rich.

Tyler Said:

How do third liability parties and personal health insurance work who is liable for payment or can I choose?

We Answered:

Your health insurance is entitled to reimbursement, from the "at fault" third party.

You are liable to the service provider. Your insurance is liable to you, up to your coverage amount. When you file under your insurance, you transfer your right to collect from the third party, over to your insurance, automatically.

The hospital isn't going to refuse payment from your health insurer; what they *might* do, is try to collect the rest, from that third party - but they'll have a hard time doing that, without a "direction to pay" statement signed by you. They'll have an EASY time, however, collecting from you, as you ARE liable for all services you bought, ultimately.
