Cheap Insurance Uk

Duane Said:

Can anyone recommend good but cheap UK mobile phone insurance?

We Answered:

If you're in the UK you have a few options. First of all, what is the make and model of your phone, and is it on a monthly contract or pay-as-you-go?

Do you know whether your household insurance covers you outside the home? And does it have a large excess? If you think you're careful, and use the SIM lock and phone lock, that may be all you'll need.

Alternatively, your bank may offer a suitable account which includes mobile phone insurance as part of the package. Some of these offer great value, and if you've got an iPhone it's likely to be the most cost effective.

If you don't have an iPhone, your network should be able to offer you cover at a good price.

Whether you've got insurance or not, treat your phone as if it was your purse. Don't leave it on a table or in view. Be careful where you use it and who you are showing it to. Some people seems to ask for trouble!

Alexander Said:

what is a good first car that's cheap on insurance? UK?

We Answered:

Unfortunately if you are a young new driver cheap insurance doesn't exist.
For the less expensive check cars with group 1 or 2 insurance groups. See What Car? or Parkers Guide.( both on line).
Small VWs or Nissan are good. Be cautious of Corsa's as many have been "played with" by boy racers.

Anita Said:

cheapest UK insurance for new driver with 6 point and zero no claim certificate?

We Answered:

If by new driver you mean you passed your test less than two years ago, you not only have no no claims bonus, you also have no licence, it will be revoked with 6 points.

£2200 is actually quite a good quote though.
