Go onto comparison sites like confused.com or moneysupermarket. That way you can search loads of sites in one go. If you already have a car you might want to change it for something cheaper. Check out car insurance brackets and see whats in the cheapest band. Jobs wise just apply for any office job you find, tescos, McDonalds etc and cleaning. At least if you're doing something it looks better on your cv than "did nothing for 3 years". You can always go to college or do night classes in other things to get a better job. I'm sure lots of companies are hiring for xmas help so keep trying.
