If an insurer wants to charge more for people that have blue eyes it can do - it is a free market and up to them. You have the choice not to buy and they have the choice what to charge just like anything in a shop. Untwist your knickers on that one.

If you are so concerned about what is legal then you had better not criminalise yourself by making Mum the main driver when clearly YOU are really.
