Car Cheap Insurance Rate

Duane Said:

What's a great place to get an amazing rate on car insurance?

We Answered:

HI- Way to go on the new ride! ENJOY! I've seen a commercial that will give you great rates, and will even give you rates of the competitor's rates that will be best for you. I so want to say it is Progressive Insurance, or Geico, although they are usually making silly commercials (example: the one about Jed Clampett, the Flinestones, the Cavemen, the Geico)- I would call your Insurance Agent, and ask them if they know which company does this. OR, look up reeves.com and see if they can give you the solution. That site answers darned near anything. I would call around to your local Insurance Companies and compare rates, which I'm sure that you've done. There is also EMC. Well, I could go on and on, but, I hope this helped a bit. CONGRATS ON THE NEW CAR! This will make your Christmas MUCH Merrier, huh? Santa came early, huh?

Are Virginia car insurance rates cheaper than Maryland's?

We Answered:

Your insurance company is the only one that will know that...just ask them and tell them why you are asking ...they will help you. It is really very easy they just need both zip codes..

And yes it is very possible for rates to vary from state to state depending on the accid ratio for the area you live in....the insurance fraud they have and if they have alot of uninsured drivers that area....plus whether it is "the city" or the "country" makes a difference in rates also...less accidents in the country cause roads are not as congested, etc.

I would say location and driving history are 2 of the major factors when it comes to insurance....

Come on to Florida...your rates will triple...promise.:)

Looking for cheap car insurance...Any advice???

We Answered:

Oh, I know that pain. At your age I had a Firebird. (trucks are the new musclecars, them and ricers.)

Are you married to that truck? Ask your insurer about rates for different automobiles. You might find rates are cheaper fo different types of cars, like a granny-mobile. (not a ricer or potential ricer though.) Another option is an older car that you can drop collision coverage on.

Find out what a dealer will pay for the truck if you sell it. If you owe more than that, then whatever you do, buy/keep gap insurance! Otherwise you're on the hook for difference if you wreck it.

Discuss It!
