i cant see the problem, they are trying to get out of it by using a technicality.

surely if for example 1 person takes a day, then 2 people would take half a day and if the 2 people are being paid the same rate as each other the cost would still be the same whether 1 or 2 people did it?

they have had your services and the job you were asked to do has been done, therefore they should pay up.

at the end of the day, they are paying for the cleaning to be done, not the time or number or persons doing it.

threaten them with legal action, but state you do not wish to take it that far as it will increase the amount they have to pay.

if they still dont pay up, then your gonna have to go down the small claims route.

personally, I would of stopped offering the service to them if they hadnt paid the second invoice and wouldnt of resumed until they had paid up, but i guess if they fobbed you off with excuses you dont have much choice but to have faith in them.

as for their accountant, he shouldnt be one, if he didnt spot it until 6 months later. how come the client didnt query this earlier?

if they give you any trouble, bad mouth em to ya friends and anyone you know, hopefully if their business drops they might become better payers so they can do more business.

You can use an image or quote of Obama...what you have to look out for is the owner of the image.

You would need to seek permision of the photographer who took the photo for example.

You can obtain images of Oama from online sources such a Ghetty Images. This way you kow for sure that you have the right to distribute the image for your own use.

5- dose your desgin composed of just HTML or XHTML and CSS

so if u answer all of this questoin u will could calculate your real fees ..... i think .. u could ask them for 100-150 $ will be ok
