Yes, any decent commercial insurance broker in yellow pages should be able to sort this out. I believe public liability cover is normally compulsory for equestrian centres anyway - one of the very few trades to which this rule applies

There is not normally an age limit on public liability insurance policies. You may come across a couple that do but these companies should be ignored as there should be no age discrimination on such a policy (many people leave school at 16 and go straight into self employment such as a builder, etc. and need such cover).

It is difficult to know what company to point you in the direction in as "entertaining" is a broad subject (you could be just singing which is obviously low risk or you could be knife juggling which would be considerably higher).
