The only answer to give here is maybe. It depends on what your product is and what coverage options you purchase. The coverage you are looking for is either professional liability or completed operations.

If your product is software, you will likely not be able to find someone to write the liability for your completed products. If you make cabinets or some other tangible product, then the coverage is pretty standard to get.

Talk to your independent insurance agent to find out what your options are. If you are not sure who to talk with, start with whomever you have your personal insurance through. If you received your insurance from an online company, ask your friends and family for a good agent that they can vouch for.
