More likely we're just so *tired* of all the time having to make phone calls and get put on hold and get transferred to two or three different departments and to have our calls get cut off and to be told five different times by five different voices to please enter our account number by pushing the buttons on the phone ... it's just a relief to have someone say "We'll take care of all the aggravation for you so you don't have to."

We're not spineless, just overloaded.

i live in northglenn colorado (wich is north of denver)
and it is safe and the schools are superb around here
as far as crime goes there is not that much crime in denver so you would be lucky to live here
