You go to the California Department of Insurance website, and look for Producer Licensing. That will explain what you have to do to get the license.

THEN you have to find an insurance company willing to let you sell their insurance. Good luck. They don't appoint "green" agents with no experience. The best way to get experience is to get hired as a CSR at an agency.

It is a contract whereby if property is damaged due to accident or stolen and if there is comprehensive/package insurance cover, then insured will be indemnified in the case of vehicle insurance. In your case if borrower dies then the financierr has all rights to seize the vehicle.

The vehicle can not be sold without the permission of financier. For transfer of loan, only financier will decide

How large is 'Large' if it is over, I think, 3.5 GVW i.e. large transit type, then the owner needs an Operators Licence issued by V.O.S.A (www.dft.gov.uk/vosa) These licences come with terms and conditions one of which is a named operating centre which must have adequate parking for the vehicles named on the licence. If he is regularly parking his vehicles anywhere else he is breaking the terms of his Operators Licence.

That said roads are public highways and you have no special claim to any part of it, so long as he's not blocking your access he's as much right to park there as anyone else. The only proviso, which applies to everyone, is you cannot park within a certain distance of a junction (15mtrs I think)

To get cheap and affordable insurance, you need to shop around...just don't jump in and settle for one guy. check with a local brokrage in you neighborhood and let them quote you with different companies...You can also use online resources to shop around for car insurance.

If you lease the vehicle to the corporation, the lease payments made to you are taxable income to you. Since you are a high income person, this doesn't make a lot of sense to me. It introduces an unnecessary complication.

Have the corporation buy the vehicle. If it is an S-corporation, the depreciation will pass through to you anyway.

Commercial vehicle insurance is not mentioned as a requirement for the IRS.
