I would keep paying. Why ?

1. Because the truck may be recovered.

2. The thief may be involved in an accident with YOUR truck.

3. If it is not recovered, any premiums paid or any credit left on the policy at the time (actually one day after the theft) of the theft will be returned to you.
4. I would accept their offer. It won't likely get any better by refusing it.
