Ann Said:

Should I lie to the insurance companies?

We Answered:

Wow, how proud would your dad be, of you being dishonest?? Can't help but wonder.

So, if you think someone else is dishonest, it's ok for YOU to be the same way?

Personal insurance isn't ALWAYS cheaper than commercial insurance. So there's one issue there. Secondly, if the vehicle is titled in his personal name, he COULD likely put it on a personal policy, with "Business Use" as the class, and that wouldn't be lying.

Thirdly, if the vehicle is titled to a business name, which gives some financial advantages, it's not ELIGIBLE to be covered under a personal auto policy. Lying to the insurance company voids the policy - then when you, the liar, get your claim denied, you accuse THEM of being crooks. Um, no.

Charlotte Said:

I want to purchase a life insurance, but what case my beneficiary would be paid?

We Answered:

That is not a general life policy, that is an accidental death policy. Stay away from them, they are not good deals.
