You should be able to get Public Liability Insurance for this. Don't call a broker though just call a few direct Companies, explain what you need it for. you may have to take this out for a full year so if you are given the choice go for a direct debit payment option - this way you can cancell the DD's from the bank!!

take a clean cloth and damp it with distilled water. you could also use a rubbing alchohal swab. gently swipe the lense and let it air dry. see if the disks read. if that doesn't work, check to see about your warranty if you even have one. that might cover the disk reader. if not, you might be able to get a replacement peice from the company. call them. if all else fails, buy a new ps2 or try and find a compatable disk drive. this might be hard...
