Sure you can. I've known, and asked the same question of other cops. If you have his badge number or name you can file a complaint that will go on his record. Your solitary experience might not be enough to get him in trouble but if he gets 3-5 notes on his file it might.

It might just knock him down a notch or two.

TX cops are the worst & I'm sure the experience is magnified for Latinos.

You might try looking up the NAACP too and file a complaint with them. They tend to get things done or atleast stir up a storm that's hard to settle.

Explain two reasons why:

and either way, she is unfit for public office.

When exactly did the politicians have "WEEKS" to negotiate that compromise bill? Was it all done even before it was announced to the public?

Would that not mean that the compromise bill was reached long before the public knew of the "emergency", and that the original defeat by the house was STAGED for public consumption and to cause turmoil in the markets so as to "prove" the bailout was necessary?

If you have ever had a bad tenant, you will know the difference between handling the eviction yourself and having a professional behind you. One bad tenant can upset the whole building and cost you more time and money than if you had just coughed up a little dough and sought professional help. Have you ever negotiated a commercial lease? Which index do you use to tie your increases with? If you can't answer that question, you need a pro.
Fees and commissions are negotiable. Figure out how much it is worth to you to put the whole thing in someone else's hands and offer that much. If no one will take it except the inexperienced or bottom-feeders, you are not offering people what they are worth.

You will never know the peace of mind you purchased because you will avoid a potential nightmare. With a prime piece of real estate like this one, you want to portray a certain image, too. Get a prestigious name on the window. That scares the bad people away!
