Nope. Your car is a commercial risk if you use it for business, but private citizens are free to advertise on their vehicles. There are even people who let companies advertise on their private vehicles to help with costs.
In the event of a claim, you would certainly be asked if the vehicle was used for business, since the other party would be likely to mention the advertisement, but if you're not, you should be okay.
Using it for business in your case would be if you every carry students in your car, and with some companies whether you use it to transport materials and go from job to job. If your usage is questionable, ask your agent or insurance company.

Contact local insurance agents and get quotes. You should have liability and if you have employees you'll need workers comp too.
