I also saw a TV evangelist in a roman collar on ION network Sunday morning saying about the same thing. The lies aren't even subtle, and they are scaring people. I saw the ad you were talking about and it got me so mad, I can see not liking the bill and wanting to make it better, but they just want it gone. Leaving us in the same hole we are in now.
Sin, fewer corporations are offering health care as a benefit. so you may not be getting that when your family is again employed. If you have kids and are middle class you can get SChip, which was designed for just that problem.
But if not, or you have to wait for it to take effect when that new job comes in, you can do what my friends husband did, he died not wanting to take his 'indigestion' to the hospital and run up a big bill.
Its a tricky thing to self diagnois.

Some sort of formal statement by the claimant is normal, in this case they are doing so over the phone versus a written statement.

Yes, it is possible they could use this in litigation against you. Perhaps this is something you would desire to speak with an attorney about.

The Boost Mobile commercial takes the cake! The one with the girl that has really long armpit hair and asks "you think this is wrong?" I work in advertising and I cannot believe any client would want their product in a commercial like that.
