In Ohio it is typically 2 times commission. Probably the same in Illinois. As far as selling approach the independent agencies in your area. They may want to role the book into their own companies, but I guess that won't matter to you once the sale is made.

If you are fairly small, depending on different states and whatnot, it could run anywhere between 500 to 1000 a year. But, like I said, it is all based on payroll and number of employees.

If you are involved in an accident and you were found to be on the clock or working the claim will be denied. If you are delivering pizza, delivering specimen, delivering newspapers etc, you should ask the company to add your vehicle to the their commercial policy
